Affinity Systems, LLC is an independant consulting company founded in 1997. Our mission is to enable our clients to compete in a global economy by using resources productively. We take a structured approach to business needs assessment, software selection and software implementation. Our training sessions prepare the organization for the selection process. Until recently the objective was to build great ERP systems. Today, ERP shares the stage with powerful new sets of software. These include Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and others. Affinity Systems, LLC has developed a series of training classes and seminars. They are used for the ERP selection process and PIP. These include: Business Needs Assessments, Software Selection and Implementation, ERP/MRP, KanBan and Process Improvement Programs. Supply Chain Management research was used to develop seminars and presentations on "Engineering Global Supply Chains", "Global Competition" and "China". We have a keen interest in helping companies understand our relationship with China and how to compete in the international arena.
